The practice has a wealth of experience in a range of new and refurbishment schemes and encompasses the full spectrum of services from design through to completion.

The Opportunity:

Due to increasing workload our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in North London.

This great opportunity for a Project Manager would suit a dynamic candidate with a construction background looking to take the next step in their career development.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager with the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of a variety of construction projects.

This will include assisting in project conception, developing the project brief, and advising on budgeting, site acquisitions and planning. You will also assist with developing project strategy and programming.

The Key Requirements

* co-ordinating statutory authorities

* arranging pre-commissioning, feasibility studies and report

* arranging tender documentation, contractors and feedback monitoring

* developing maintenance programmes and consultant's briefs

* co-ordinating the design process

* managing the construction process

* managing the design consultants

Our Client has a preference for candidates with a Quantity Surveying background or for candidates working towards a professional qualification, RICS, APM or similar.

The Money

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits
