Our IT Sourcing team are looking to recruit a Sourcing Manager responsible for IT Security who can help Lloyds Banking Group in its aim to be the best Bank for Customers.

You will act as a team player within IT Sourcing taking the Sourcing lead for all IT Security products & services. By developing and & maintaining excellent working relationships with key senior stakeholders you will support the Group wide cost reduction initiative as it relates to IT. You will strengthen our supplier relationships, mitigate risk & improve performance within an overall category strategy agreed with your stakeholders.

Reporting into the Head of IT Infrastructure Sourcing, you will be a highly motivated individual with solid IT Sourcing experience (ideally including Software, Hardware and Professional Services). You will have strong Commercial and Contractual acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills and you work well under pressure, often to demanding timescales, able to work with a flexible approach.
