Asset Finance ADM (Application Development & Maintenance)

Asset Finance ADM is responsible for the development, maintenance and testing of Blackhorse and Lex Autolease systems within the Asset Finance businesses. We put in place common platforms that are supported by current technologies which are flexible, scalable and secure.

As Development and Support Manager(LA Support Manager) you will be responsible for managing the ADM support aspects relating to the Lex Autolease applications estate.

Job details

- You will be delivering the Asset Finance ADM delivery model through effective and talented management of technical partner teams to undertake the day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive functional service and/or complex change projects.

- Reporting into the Senior Development and Support Manager, you will be accountable for delivery of a significant portfolio of ADM services. This may include the development and maintenance of applications or a Test Service spanning within the Platform domain.

- You will possess a strong delivery record, be widely networked and able to manage dependencies, priorities and issues at all levels effectively.

- You will also be an expert in technology delivery processes and adept at leveraging the delivery model in-house, offshore and through flex with significant experience in driving commercial outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

- Accountable for efficient planning and tracking of development/support/testing deliverables and ensuring Stakeholders are regularly informed of status and progress within the Platform.

- Effective performance management of the global supply chain through regular review of overall partner and individual performances, and taking the necessary actions.

- Responsible for the day to day task management of test/delivery partner teams

- Lead and motivate a global supply network of partner teams to deliver products / services which meet the customer's needs

- Accountable for ensuring the business needs are understood and delivered against in each step of the delivery lifecycle or Service delivery to ensure the end products meet the Business Customers needs.

- Accountable for driving commercial value from Partner teams, maximizing ROI and driving efficiencies whilst maintaining output and improving delivery quality.
