Our Network Engineers are never stuck for variety, enabling them to maximise their existing skills and develop new ones across a range of challenges to enhance their IT careers. From first line remote support to onsite assistance, your brief will be to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure we exceed our clients’ expectations and further enhance our reputation for high levels of customer retention. The several available roles are suited to various levels of skills, interests and experience but they all offer:

With infectious enthusiasm, a smart appearance, excellent spoken English and superb all-round communication skills, as one of our Network Engineers, you’ll already have a background in IT, which will include experience and/or qualifications in one or more of:

- Microsoft Windows XP/7/8/2003/2008/2012

- Active Directory

- Exchange 2003/2007/2010

- Blackberry/Active-Sync Technologies

- Symantec Backup Exec Technologies

- a real understanding of IP/Networking/Firewalls/DNS/DHCP/VPN.

And you’ll also need a really strong customer service ethic, along with a superb telephone manner.
