Arden Wood Shavings Ltd., a market leader in wood processing and the manufacture of high quality animal bedding, is excited to be recruiting a Project Manager to join a highly motivated manufacturing and specialist distribution team.

You will be part of a team responsible for driving the Company towards achievement of its Vision and the implementation of strategic aims. You will be expected to act as a change catalyst within the business and progressing projects through to completion.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:

Preparing and implementing action plans for:

- Improvements to distribution,

- Production

- Process

- Quality systems

- Meeting agreed financial objectives.

Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing will be a requirement and any experience in logistics, distribution an advantage.

We would envisage that the successful candidate is highly numerate and analytical with a proven track record and excellent interpersonal skills.
