We are looking for a colleague with strong technical skills to join the Messaging, Collaboration and CRM Services Team within Service Delivery, Group IT.

This technical area is accountable for the implementation, management, maintenance and support of a number of infrastructure services supporting Email, Good, BES, OCS/Lync across a number of Business Unit areas.

As part of a team of infrastructure you will be expected to take part in discussions regarding infrastructure service strategy and exploitation; working with customer areas across group IT.

The role will involve managing incidents and problems as they arise. Dialog with the vendor in relation to support issues and product enhancements. Implementation of change as required. Ensuring operational level agreements are met and maintained.

Performing platform support is a core requirement of the role, so the successful candidate will require strong technical skills in Exchange 2007 and 2013, as well as other skills in Rightfax, Good, BES5/10, OCS/Lync and Windows Server operating systems skills and an ability to troubleshoot technical problems and get to root cause.
