A superb opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding international ERP usability software company. Winshuttle is singularly focused on customer satisfaction and this role is a critical management role within the EMEA Customer Success team.

As Solution Delivery Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Coordination of multiple small-medium sized projects across EMEA

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Management of project delivery from contract award

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Preparation and control of project plans

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Developing solid relationships with customer Project Managers

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Management of project risks and issues

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Scheduling of resources over multiple projects

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Scheduling and chairing project meetings

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Management of project documentation, reporting and billing

Are You Who We’re Looking For?

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       3+ years’ proven Project Management experience.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Able to manage multiple tasks and see them through to completion.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Good client facing skills.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Able to lead small team.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Articulate in written and oral communication.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Knowledge of SAP highly desirable

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Excellent prioritisation and self-management skills.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Prince 2 or PMP desirable but not essential.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Fluency in a European language would be an advantage but not essential
