As our European Senior Project Manager and part of the leadership community, you will be right at the heart of that innovation process, leading major European and global projects in cross-functional teams, which will help you build strong connections across the business as well as gaining a strategic perspective. Reporting to our European Marketing Manager, you will be the co-pilot, member and facilita or of the Segment Team Meeting, an important step in the integrated business planning process, in addition to:

- Building close relationships with key stakeholders across all markets

- Driving portfolio efficiency

- Owning the related processes and tools.

With at least a first degree and ideally a Master's, you have already developed significant expertise in project management best practice, ideally underpinned by experience in another function. A natural leader with robust business acumen, you have a structured approach and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity. Your talent for motivating, engaging and influencing others reflects your ability to deliver results through non-reports, at all levels. You can also offer:

Mandatory fluency in written and spoken English, ideally with other languages the willingness to relocate both within the UK and abroad massive potential.
