Our client is an innovative and fast growing company with a truly global footprint with offices in over 30 countries. Due to the customer growth, they are looking urgently for highly motivated candidates experienced in and committed to the field of Software/Technical Support.

We are looking for candidates with previous Software or Application Support experience.

So if you are a team player with strong communication skills, experience in providing customer support and strong technical skills, having aptitude to troubleshoot issues, identify workarounds and solutions, as well as juggle several tasks at a time - please get in touch.

Essential skills:

- 1+ year(s) of experience in a relevant position;

- Demonstrated success at troubleshooting

- Excellent communication skills

- Good understanding of customer relations

- SQL

- Linux/UNIX systems

- Computer networking, protocols of application and transport layers, especially HTTP

- Windows server

Desirable:

- Familiarity with JSON, Javascript or XML syntax

- Working knowledge of MongoDB

- Work experience with workflow solutions

- Familiarity with graphics and video editing software

- Knowledge and experience working with packet analyser programs

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification or certification
