We are currently looking for a CAD Support Manager to manage first and second line CAD support on behalf of the CAD Manager, as well as act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of Crossrail CAD Data creation and maintenance within the Crossrail ECMS.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted and consistent Crossrail ECMS service is maintained for contractors and site teams at all times.

You will feedback on significant issues to the CAD Manager at the weekly CAD Management Group Meeting, and manage the CAD Support team and all associated processes and procedures and resources, under advisement from the Senior CAD Manager.

In addition, you will oversee CRL CAD training and assist with the design of training courses as well as presenting yourself at the Crossrail-Bentley Academy.

To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

- The job holder should have good workplace leadership skills as well as extensive experience in customer care.

- The job holder shall have knowledge of document control procedures and software - specifically using Bentley Enterprise Bridge and Bentley Projectwise.

- The job holder shall be comfortable managing a high workload efficiently and effectively and to tight deadlines.

- The job holder must be consistent, meticulous and conscientious in all aspects of their work.

- The Job holder must be comfortable presenting in public and have experience in preparing and delivering training courses.

- The job holder must hold a high level of knowledge and appropriate level of experience of Bentley MicroStation and associated building products.

- The job holder must hold a high level of knowledge and appropriate level of experience of in Object Orientated Modelling.

- The job holder must have a basic knowledge of database systems and be confident using Microsoft Access to a high competency.
