Key responsibilities:

- Run point on several projects at once, managing all communications, scope, timeline and budget throughout all phases (discovery, planning, implementation, and results/closeout)

- Define project requirements, cost estimates, and timelines, resulting in proposals/SOWs that meet clients’ needs and upon which we can successfully deliver; develop detailed project plans and collect client information as required

- Develop and communicate project performance to all stakeholders (internal and external)

- Maintain and update all project documentation from initiation to execution

- Ensure actions and key deliverables are met and are kept within the defined scope

- Effectively manage the budget, starting with the initial cost breakdown, and continuing through regular tracking, reporting, and management of any scope or schedule changes that will have financial impact

- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high quality deliverables on time and on budget

- Working as a member of an interactive development team researching and executing emerging solutions

- Communicate directly with the client to ensure efficient delivery with a high level of client satisfaction

Skills, Experience and Knowledge required:

- Degree qualified or equivalent experience

- Project Management training or certification desired

- Experience with formal project management methodologies, including various forms of project documentation

- Experience managing projects involving website development, video, mobile sites, apps, social media, etc.

- Excellent writing skills and ability to produce project documentation that will drive successful development

- Experience in a digital agency a plus

- Must have experience in a range of client management situations (i.e. multiple industries and corporate structures, projects of varying duration and complexity)

- Excellent organisational, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills

- Fluent in use of MS Office including Microsoft Project

- Willingness to travel occasionally
