Role Profile:

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of one or more small projects with low to moderate risk or working as part of a large project with responsibility for delivering a defined section.

Responsibilities

- Sets team budgets and delivers targets for team productivity and profitability.

- Assists clients in setting and securing appropriate project budgets and client resources.

- Completes required financial reporting accurately and on time.

- Creates and maintains productive business relationships at senior levels with clients

- Develops significant long term strategies that align NGA’s services with changing customer needs

- Develops long term strategies to manage NGA’s costs whilst maintaining revenue growth and increasing profitability

- Uses knowledge of industry, customers and the competitive environment to design strategies to shape products and services

- Leads a constant drive to be the market leader through investment in people and service innovation

- Supports proposals for change with sound business cases after consideration of long term implications

- Creates and supports a culture of continual improvement in order to deliver exceptional quality and customer value

- Consults with major stakeholders and incorporates their views into change initiatives

- Demonstrates an understanding of the disruptive and motivational effects of continual change and works to minimise negative effects

- Drives change within the product range to reflect the changing market place

- Adapts own style to influence and network at the highest levels both internally and externally demonstrates the stature and gravitas to impact at the highest levels

Essential

- Strong expertise on the relevant domain , preferably within the consulting arena

- Knowledge and experience of having scaled across multiple global geographies, and within large blue-chip organisations

- Proven ability of co-ordinating global teams

- Willingness to travel regularly

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Senior profile

- Ability to interpret and prioritise multiple, potentially conflicting requirements

- Excellent presentation and influencing skills

- Outcome and target focused

- Highly commercially aware

- Ability to work in a multi-cultural/international environment

- HR Consulting and /or Outsourcing Industry experience
