Job Description

The successful applicant will Have considerable knowledge of, qualifications in and experience in the design and delivery of Technical, (telecommunications) training He will be , male, either a British or a Saudi Citizen and be capable of;

1. Delivering technical communications training and English language training as well as training support in accordance with the extant Scope of Services (SofS).

2. Delivering regional training in accordance with an Annual Training Schedule (ATS).

3. Lead and manage effectively the company training and support staff.

4. Conducting regular meetings and briefings with senior staff

He will have the following attributes.

1. Masters or Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant technical subject with at least 5 years’ senior management experience in a training environment.

2. Diploma or equivalent in education theory and practice.

3. Must possess current knowledge of learning methodologies, including a broad understanding of training and development models associated with DSAT QS standards.

4. Must be an effective leader of staff with proven experience of performance development and reporting.

5. Must provide evidence of preparing strategic-level management reports for senior audiences.

6. Must have excellent time management skills, possess high levels of personal integrity and be solution focused.

7. Must hold a valid driving license from country of origin.

8. Must be fluent in English.

9. Knowledge of communications would be an advantage.

10. Knowledge of Service Management principles would be an advantage
