As a Governance PMO Manager, you will:

- Manage and run governance and control processes including meeting logistics, facilitation, actions and minutes

- Manage, liaise and brief senior (Director level) stakeholders involved in governance processes on key focus points for meetings and developments in governance processes

- Manage project stakeholders (PMs/REs) through governance processes

- Develop and shape strategic direction of governance processes

- Execute and develop continuous improvements to governance processes

- Act as the Digital portfolio relationship manager for Master PMO (Exec level PMO)

- Review and adapt report content that is submitted to Master PMO to ensure correct messaging of status

- Brief senior Digital stakeholders (Director Level) on status that has been submitted to Exec PMO's in order to prep them for exec committee meetings

- Manage the RAID across the programme

The successful candidate will need to have:

Experience of playing an active role in a range of significant projects, working with third party suppliers and managing stakeholders, ideally supported by qualification such as APM or similar methodology.

Ideally (although not a pre-requisite) you will have a track record and experience of digital delivery (online & mobile) in a matrix managed project environment, underpinned by a strong understanding of digital technologies and delivery approaches suitable in an agile environment of rapid change.
