As the Development Support Manager you will be a key member of a Non Functional Test project manager Pool.

Delivering NFT's approved portfolio of projects utilising the LBG ADM Global Delivery Model through effective management of technical permanent and partner teams.

Providing governance of the day-to-day delivery of the NFT service.

Contributing to the development and implementation of NFT's operating plan in line with the strategy of Group IT.

Management and progression of work orders and accountable for NFT budget for respective area and remain within Group IT tolerances.

Key skills :

- Excellent analytical, presentation, verbal and written communications skills across all levels of the organisation.

- Strong understanding of budget control.

- Ability to provide clear, insightful reporting and commentary.

- Significant experience and proven ability to operate and influence in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment; building and maintaining effective relationships/networks

- Ability to challenge and provide critical judgement under pressure and changing priorities, resolving issues innovatively where options appear limited, and meeting key stakeholders expectations within very short timescales.

- Broad technical understanding of the Non Functional Testing Delivery Management process with in-depth knowledge of Non Functional testing end to end delivery processes
