The Chief Information and Process Office (CIPO) area within DIO Head Office is responsible for the delivery, management and assurance of all IT/IS strategies, policies, standards and services that are applicable to the DIO. CIPO has four key pillars; Requirements and Customer Service Team, Design and Transition Team, Delivery and Operations Team and Security and Assurance Team.

The DIO Minor Change Support Officer will facilitate procurement and managed delivery of all ISS Catalogue Services (i.e. DII/F and DFTS) to the TLB.

Main duties include:

- Manage individuals to contribute to business outputs

- Develop staff and support line manager in delivering departmental goals

- Promote strong working relationships both within the team and with other teams across DIO and MoD

- Assist primary TLB DIO Authorised Demander (AD) role for ordering infrastructure change via catalogue services, ensuring pre-requisite data is correct and advising other ADs and business areas on best vfm solutions where appropriate.

- Supporting TLB focal points for ATLAS Service Catalogue Team.

- Assisting primary TLB focal point for all new requests, changes and service issues for DII Blackberries.

- Monitoring suppliers on delivery of change in line with agreed Service Levels.

- LSO for Secret and Restricted systems.

- Acting as a focal point and advisor for DIO business areas for any change related requirements

- Provide support to DIO Focal Point for Service Assurance, meeting with DII and ATLAS Customer Managers with regard to system-wide issues, complaints and TLB primary requirements

- Act as a Focal Point of escalation of major incidents, outages and issues on the DII system

- Assist TLB focal point in implementation of new capabilities and upgrades

- Manage any changes in personnel or requirement thereafter
