Process Analyst / Business Analyst / BA (Mobile Telecommunications Operations ITIL eTOM). Global telecommunications giant is seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst / Business Analyst to join a talented team responsible for developing the Network Architecture, transmission connectivity and operational business processes for the company during the deployment of global shared service MVNE and Roaming solution.

Responsibilities:

                               Capturing and documenting business requirements and developing end to end processes

                               Defining and documenting processes from the business through to operational processes

                               Supporting in translating business requirements into technical, operational and business systems support requirements

                               Working as part of a team, identifying and developing process improvements which are in line with corporate objectives

                               Supporting the process for translating the approved solutions into projects/ initiatives

                               Building process management capability of staff through providing coaching and training on process improvement tools and techniques

                               Building suites of documentation which support the business processes

As a Process Analyst you will report directly to the Lead Architect, developing and improving the business processes across the division in London, the regional mobile operators that provide the global roaming service and a variety of partner organisations.

Requirements:

                               Extensive process improvement experience gained as a Process Analyst / Business Analyst

involving network or IT operations processes within the telecommunications sector

                               ITIL and / or eTOM experience

                               Participation in continuous improvement programmes e.g. Lean or 6 Sigma processes

                               Experience of working with teams and engaging with resources spanning more than one country
