Fire and Rescue Services are changing and we are no exception. Our role goes far beyond fighting fires and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our effectiveness, efficiency, Public and Staff safety.
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of implementing a range of business improvement initiatives and projects, to include: taking responsibility for the selection, implementation and transition to business as usual of core business functions; planning and managing implementation of innovative and tangible improvements to service and efficiency; focusing on value for money, lean practices, rigorous processes and controls; the work will be high profile and impact on the entire organisation.
