Senior Electrical Design Engineering Position Electrical Design Engineer /Electrical Engineer / Building Services / Dialux / Relux / Amtech / Hevacomp / Revit / DesignNew Permanent Building Services OpportunityLocation: South East Scotland (commutable from Cumbernauld, Glasgow, Paisley and surrounding areas)Salary: £35000 - £45000 (depending on experience) + BenefitsMy client is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their engineering team. The successful individual will join a large consultancy based firm that supply electrical engineering solutions to a variety of building services sectors. Projects you can expect to work on will include hospitals, hotels, stadiums and universities.We are looking for someone with a strong background in Electrical Design, who would be happy working multiple projects that vary in size and duration. It is essential that the successful individual has strong time management skills. You will be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of an engineering team.  - You will take projects from inception to completion. Managing the project through design, installation and commissioning stages- You will carry out lighting, power distribution, CCTV, fire alarm and intruder alarm designs- The successful individual will liaise with senior staff to ensure cost management, health and safety regulations and design briefs are met.- You will be responsible for a small team of engineers ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficientlySpecifications- Ideally the successful individual will have 7+ years' experience within the building services industry- You will have experience in either the commercial, residential, education, healthcare or hotel and leisure sectors carrying out electrical designs- Ideally the successful individual will have some management experience.
