Our vision is to make Lloyds Banking Group the best bank for customers. As the UK's largest retail and commercial bank, we have a footprint that touches nearly every community and household in the UK. That gives us a big responsibility to support the UK economy, and to put customers at the heart of everything we do. To achieve this, we also need to be the best bank for our colleagues and our communities - and we have a clear strategy in place to make this a reality. We are building on our many strengths: iconic brands, strong heritages and great people. To unlock the great potential in our business, we are becoming more efficient, more transparent, and more responsive to customers. Already the UK's largest community investor, we are giving even more back. Above all, we are putting customers first.

At Lloyds Banking Group our vision is to be the best bank for our customers. By putting customers first, keeping banking simple and making a difference together, we'll help Britain prosper.

Do you have experience in SAS programming? We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join the Operational Strategy function of the Collections, Recoveries and Fraud Operations.

In this role you will use a range of analytical tools and data sources to supply the Senior Leadership Team with value-adding analysis, providing insight into operational performance and customer outcomes. You will also deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies by identifying, developing, and monitoring opportunities for process improvement and experimentation.

Working with a mix of products including Mortgages, Current Accounts, Personal Loans and Credit Cards, you will support strategic projects ensuring the requirements of the department are met.

You will also assist in the interpretation of external market activities and where appropriate provide analytical support to ensure the department is prepared for any change in the economic or regulatory environments.

Experience of SAS programming is essential, as are Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

You will also need to have proven experience working in an analytical environment, as well as demonstrate strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data and present findings and recommendations to Senior Management.

In return, we'll recognise and reward your performance. Our award-winning benefits package includes a flexible option that allows you to choose cash or pick from a wide range of benefits. These include a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance and retail discount vouchers. You'll also have our full support, training and opportunities for both personal and professional development.
