About the role

We are a forward thinking Company with big ambitions and we are looking for a Programme Manager who can grow with us on our journey. If you want to accelerate your career by making a real difference then here is what you will need to accomplish in year one.

- Develop strong, trusted partnerships with your client portfolio and your internal teams

- Confidently and pro-actively project manage all operational elements of your client portfolio working closely alongside your key project team members in order to deliver an exceptional client experience.

- Take ownership of the financial administration and management of your client portfolio, ensuring that we have full operational visibility on tasks completed against budgets proposed as well as strong leadership on all aspects of pipeline management, costing, invoicing and internal billing.

Desired skills & experience

If you can achieve the above, you have got what it takes. Realistically, you will need hands-on knowledge of:-

- Project management experience of large scale programmes which includes the following;

- Co-ordinating multiple senior stakeholders both internally and externally

- Building great client relationships with a key focus on this at set-up phase

- Assessing, managing and mitigating programme risks and issues

- Managing and controlling project change

- Managing key programme milestones both internally and externally

- Managing programme budgets and reporting on programme costs / profitability to internal stakeholders at agreed intervals

- Managing relationships with 3rd parties including quality control and budgets

- Systems management - project creation, forecasting sales, converting to a live job, purchase order management, invoicing, internal billing

- Quality control management

- Experience of project managing the bidding / tender process pre-programme commission. Specifically;

- Managing the procurement process

- Owning the pricing process

- Pitching experience

- Experience of managing multiple programmes at any one time

- PRINCE2 Practitioner accreditation is preferred but not essential

- Line management experience preferred but not essential

- Agency experience preferred but not essential

Package details

- Salary: Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

- 25 days holiday per annum plus all bank holidays and 1 extra day for your Birthday!
