This will involve both supervision of the whole programme and oversight of its constituent parts; you will also need to retain a long-term view to ensure that each individual project is on track. Excellent communication with other departments in the organisation will be required to ensure that the programme remains a cross-pillar effort. You will also need to maintain strong partnerships with all stakeholders and will lead on relationships with key delivery partners, such as Government departments.

You will have a good track record of successfully managing dynamic projects in a busy environment. You will have the financial, communication and management skills necessary to execute the role efficiently whilst also developing and improving current ways of working. You will have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in a team.
