To help us achieve these goals we are now seeking a Head of Technology Risk CIO Commercial and Insurance.

You'll join our Group IT Business Unit Control Function (BUCF) Leadership team who through in the region of £1.8 billion investment, help define and shape the Governance, Risk and Control strategy and framework for Group IT.

As Head of Technology Risk CIO Commercial and Insurance, you'll be given the responsibility for championing Risk Management across both the Commercial and Insurance CIO functions. With stakeholder responsibility at this level, we would welcome applications from those with a risk career background in Investment Banking or Insurance.

You'll be a key member of both the Group IT BUCF and CIO leadership teams. Operating at a senior level, you'll be a key contributor to both strategic and operational decision-making by providing insight, challenge and support, identifying, assessing, responding to and reporting on applicable technology risks.

In the role, you'll be required to deputise for our Group IT BUCF Director, so this role could offer the right individual with long-term aspirations to move to this level a clear path for progression.

Embracing and developing the Lloyds Banking Group culture and vision through your leadership qualities, you'll drive forward the evolution of our processes and help us change the way we think and work in Group IT.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate experience in key areas at a senior, executive level:

-Risk background, ideally a formal risk qualification CISA, ACCA, ACA

-Experienced at presentations / senior forums

-Commercial Banking and or Insurance

-Leadership capability experience of influencing & challenging at Exec level

-Strategic approach

It would be great if you could also demonstrate experience of:

-High Level Consultancy

-An awareness of key industry challenges and impacts on the technology risk framework
