As our Head of PMO, you must be experienced in the inner workings of PMO. You will be supporting the of the Director PMO & Governance, and have responsibility for the successful and efficient running of the PMO to ensure compliance standards drive business success. This is an integral role within our business and the remit is a wide one!

Chiefly, you will be responsible for:

- Aligning project processes and procedures to those of the Global PMO to ensure best practice and compliance with corporate standards. Implement, monitor and support continuous improvement.

- Portfolio level planning and reporting

- Working in close liaison with global counterparts

- Communicating all PMO requests centrally

- Leading a team of PMO analysts who in turn support the Programme/Project Managers where applicable.

Experience

- You will be an excellent communicator and be comfortable with dealing with all levels of our organisation.

- You will also be a strong and decisive leader who is able to work under pressure whilst managing numerous tasks.

- You will also be familiar with key metrics and processes for business areas such as Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing and possess an understanding of Clarity/SOX/PCI/PII

- You must be educated to degree level and have a Project/Programme Management qualification (Prince 2 (Desirable)/APM or similar.)

- A PMO 3 would also be desirable.
