The Lloyds Banking Group Insurance business has developed into one of the largest in the UK providing: 6.4 million customers' with Life, Pension and Investment (LP&I) products; home insurance to 4.3 million families; managing 43,000 pension funds; 2 million individual pensions and annuities; and support to customers by dealing with 320,000 household insurance claims in a simple and speedy fashion.

To deliver against our commitment, an exciting opportunity for a Lead Project Manager has arisen within the Finance Change Portfolio within COO Business Change, Insurance.

Finance change is responsible for delivering the change agenda on behalf of the Finance function, and works on projects aimed at enhancing our Finance systems, organisation and business processes. You will be working with Finance subject matter experts and various teams to implement a successful delivery.

- Direct and control the delivery of diverse cross functional projects?

- Shape and lead major change initiatives which implement business strategies?

- Optimise resources within projects to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives?

- Ensure that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised.

- Lead a team of project professionals as a high performing project team?

You'll be responsible for everything from building relationships with stakeholders and agreeing project milestones to controlling budgets and managing risks to deliver projects successfully.

Previous Finance change and project management experience is essential, along with experience of working with financial systems in a financial institution. Knowledge of Finance Risk and Treasury is advantageous.

You will have business change experience and ambitions in driving transformation and benefit realisation, operating with speed, simplicity and trust.

To qualify, you'll ideally be supported by qualification such as APM or similar methodology
