We are pleased to advertise this exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Office Manager with the skills and enthusiasm to support the delivery of transformational change.
One Care Consortium is a three year primary care transformation programme, funded by the Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund. Membership of the consortium comprises GP practices across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire who are working collaboratively to improve access to GP services and explore new ways of managing patient demand. We are now looking for a Programme Office Manager to support the Programme Director and senior management team.
The Role:
This role is responsible for efficient and effective management of One Care’s programme office. Its core remit is to ensure that the programme office function strengthens programme delivery and optimises the business value expected.
To ensure a comprehensive programme governance system is in place
To manage and integrate a quality system into programme governance
To ensure the programme office function supports effective decision-making at all levels within the programme
To devise and implement a system for capturing, analysing and disseminating lessons learnt across the programme
To support the Senior Management Team and Work stream Delivery Groups in conducting project health checks and post-project reviews
To provide management support to the Senior Management Team in identifying, selecting and prioritising new projects
To manage the benefits measurement and reporting process
To ensure the programme reporting system is fit for purpose and meets all internal and external requirements
To ensure the programme office function supports all programme team members in executing their roles and responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
You will be working within; Programme Governance, Quality System, Program Approach and Delivery, Benefits Management and Programme Reporting.
