Introduction

Lidl UK are currently in the midst of an exciting expansion programme and our Property Department is now recruiting an experienced, proactive, passionate and analytical person determined to build a career in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

As a systems professional with the highest standards, you will be at the forefront of Lidl UK’s ambitious expansion plans. You will be responsible for all property relevant systems and supporting the regional property offices with all business processes within the company. This role requires exceptional communication, attention to detail and analytical skills as well as a talent for multi-tasking and deadline management. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who genuinely enjoys administration and working with systems.

Your role

Data management of all property related contracts in SAP RE-FX

Data management of all stores and sites

Management of investment information

Management of electronic documents

System reconciliation with accounts

Land registry administration

Technical support and development of property systems

Supporting the regional property offices

Providing quality assurance of systems

Assistance in ad-hoc projects arising from operational necessity

Your profile

Experience in a similar position or a proven aptitude for system administration

Previous property experience beneficial. Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results

Good experience of SAP

Excellent command of the English and German language.

Have excellent attention to detail, supported by strong literacy and numerical skills.

Have good organisational

Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages

Self-motivated and proactive

Up to £36,000 per annum (subject to experience)
