We have a great contract opportunity for an experienced Finance Change/Project Manager to join us. Actuarial knowledge is key, as you will need to build strong relationships within Actuarial & Finance departments, assisting teams in delivery of their objectives through the effective and efficient delivery of BAU.
Reporting to the Head of Finance Change, you’ll be charged with providing a lead on Actuarial "Business As Usual" co-ordination across Life Actuarial & Life Finance departments.
We are looking for evidence of a successful career within Financial Services. You will either be a qualified Accountant or Actuary (or qualified by experience). You must have an in-depth career in change management and/or BAU Management within Financial Services organisations, preferably including exposure to a heavily regulated and actuarial accounting environment.
In addition we are seeking the following skills/attributes:
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Effective influencing skills at a senior management level.
- Strong commercial acumen and a good level of IT literacy
- Finance Change is highly relevant and useful in this role
