About File Fx:

File Fx provides marketing services to the creative service industry.

Our clients are film production companies, photographers and creative suppliers.

They rely on our databases and support services to deliver high quality and targeted email campaigns.

The Role:

- Supporting our clients using our in-house email hosting facility

- Advising on all aspects of email campaigns including:

- Personalisation

- Spam checking

- Browser proofing

- Compliance

- Best practice and analytics

- Will also need to develop and support our in-house systems and CRM

Skills and Experience:

Our candidate should have several years’ experience working in email marketing, e-commerce or digital production.

Must be familiar with email technologies particularly:-

- HTML (email specific)

- CSS (email specific)

- SMPT server knowledge

- MySQL, WordPress, PHP

- Good design sensibility

As a small company we require our candidate to be personable and adaptable, happy to deal with clients and support non-tech staff.

You will need to self-direct, take ownership of assignments and be able to brief and chase outside developers.
