Tim Moya Associates are pleased to be offering this exciting and varied role within a fast-moving and rapidly expanding environmental consultancy.

The role includes:

- Organising and delegating administrative and technical work

- Ensure quality control for the area of responsibility

- Assisting the team leader in day-to-day management + supporting wider business processes and improvement plans

- Supporting project managers in project delivery through provision of project assistance with administrative and technical expertise

- Creating project plans and monitoring project requirements and deadlines

- Attending project and team meetings

- Managing and meeting client expectations

- Reporting to directors on workflow forecasts and fee earning targets

- Overseeing and managing all internal database information for accurate forecasting and use by all staff

- Managing project issues and risks to timely completion

- Resource management (staff and equipment)

Personal skills required:

- A clear understanding of project delivery and customer satisfaction within a fast-moving multi-tasking environment

- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Well organised, methodical and quick to learn

- Able to work to tight deadlines

- Results and detail orientated

- Professional and diligent

- Effective communicator at all levels

- Excellent people manager

- Good influencing skills

- Articulate, excellent writing skills and time management
