As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and leading the execution, monitoring, control and closure of a range of projects within agreed budget and timescales. Reporting to our IT Service Manager, you’ll define project scope in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, estimate the required resources and approve proposed business solutions, whilst assessing and challenging potential problems. These projects will include large scale infrastructure changes as well as enterprise software upgrades. Experience of Microsoft and SAP would also be desirable.

Key Project Manager accountabilities include:

- Developing full-scale project plans and communication documents

- Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects and smaller change activity’s.

- Weekly status reporting

- Effective management of people resource.

- Changing business processes and systems in collaboration with key stakeholders.

With a practitioner qualification in Project Management, you have a proven track record managing IT projects, underpinned by familiarity with the full software development lifecycle methodology and business process mapping techniques. As Project Manager you will be strong on time management and organisation, you have great analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and precisely with key stakeholders at all levels. Readily able to build realistic plans and manage their execution, as Project Manager you have a strategic approach, along with the ability to:

- Establish trust

- Promote teamwork

- Use financial data to help make sound decisions.
