An exciting opportunity has become available at London Midland for an experienced IT candidate to join our IT department as an Office 365 & SharePoint Support Analyst. As one of our IT Support Analysts you will provide technical service and support to colleagues across the London Midland network. You’ll be providing first and second line technical support via phone and email and you’ll also visit internal customer sites across the network for problems that can’t be fixed remotely. You’ll also get the opportunity to work alongside the existing team to assist on some exciting projects that will make a real impact on how London Midland uses the IT network.

It is essential that the ideal candidate has strong working knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint systems, including troubleshooting fixes. You’ll also need knowledge of basic networking and broadband configuration to provide support as part of the wider IT support team where needed. The post holder will also need to hold a full UK driving licencse and be able to undertake on call duties on a rota basis.
