We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Finance Change Programme Manager to join our Inbound Change Delivery team within the Finance Chief Operating Office division in Bristol.

Our vision is to make Lloyds Banking Group the best bank for customers. As the UK's largest retail and commercial bank, we have a footprint that touches nearly every community and household in the UK. That gives us a big responsibility to support the UK economy, and to put customers at the heart of everything we do. To achieve this, we also need to be the best bank for our colleagues and our communities - and we have a clear strategy in place to make this a reality. We are building on our many strengths: iconic brands, strong heritages and great people. To unlock the great potential in our business, we are becoming more efficient, more transparent, and more responsive to customers. Already the UK's largest community investor, we are giving even more back. Above all, we are putting customers first.

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a high calibre Programme Manager and are looking for a talented change professional to join our Inbound Change Delivery team within the Finance Chief Operating Office division.

Our Finance Strategy is to help Lloyds Banking Group become the best bank for Customers. We are working towards maximising our contribution by focusing our Strategy on 4 key areas:

- Creating the Best Customer experience

- Becoming Simpler and more Efficient

- Delivering sustainable Growth

- Building the Best Team

The Finance Change Centre of Excellence is an instrumental player in driving these improvements and is itself evidence of these improvements in action.

Our initial successes have included a substantial increase in our investment spend within the first 12 months, establishment of five Change Job Families, enhanced profile of change as a recognised professional pathway within Finance, and recognition of our intention to be the best change function in the Bank.

To continue our upward journey of delivering business improvement against the Finance Strategy, we are seeking to increase the size and capability of our Change Team. We support agile working and will be pleased to consider applications from candidates who have or are seeking flexible working arrangements which enable us to meet our customer's requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background and be experienced in applying the principles of change management. You will have experience of leading and controlling the delivery of projects and show evidence of strong cost management and benefits tracking and control of a multi-level project plan.

You will need to have a track record of driving sustainable change that delivers positive, measurable results and be able to demonstrate that you have the ability to assess the impact of change on the organisation, colleagues and customers and that you factor this into implementation plans.

Desirable experience includes having delivered projects within a financial services function, preferably with a regulatory and compliance element and/or experience of working in an operational finance or divisional finance environment.

Project, Change Management, Communication, Organisational Awareness and Presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

To qualify, you'll need experience of leading a range of programmes and large complex projects, working with third party suppliers and managing stakeholders, ideally supported by qualifications such as MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), APMP or similar methodology.

Succeed here and you can look forward to taking the next step up the career ladder, or broadening your experience across even bigger and more complex change project and programmes.

In return we offer a market leading benefits package which includes bonus related pay scheme, car allowance, private healthcare, contributory pension, competitive holiday and our "flex" benefits scheme.

If you want a role that matters and to become part the UK's largest bank, there really couldn't be a more exciting time to join us!
