As an EMEA Infrastructure Project Manager reporting into the EMEA Portfolio Delivery Manager you will take responsibility for the delivery of some the largest strategic IT Infrastructure projects in EMEA.

Chiefly, you will be responsible for:

-Successful planning and delivery of projects, on time, to budget, to quality standards.

-Assignment of tasks to team members/reconciliation of resource usage to project requirements.

-Ensure effective change control.

-Documentation of actions/risks/decisions/issues and dependencies. Agree project mitigation.

-Completion of reporting requirements/project updates as requested.

-Manage interdependencies between projects.

-Ensure knowledge of the IT environment and related interdependencies between areas such as architecture/reporting/support services (however not requiring to be an SME) and the impact on the planning and delivery lifecycle.

-Financial control of projects to include building PAR’s/business cases/monthly forecast/actuals/GRN and Purchase requisitions; work closely with the IT Finance team and Procurement teams in this regard.

-Responsible for project stakeholder management both internal and external to IT.

-Ensure effective project communication at all levels of the organisation within EMEA as well as global IT.

-Foster excellent working relationships within IT (global) and with our internal and external business partners

-Work with global IT to ensure delivery of project requirements (US).

You will be an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager able to demonstrate a history of large scale change projects (multiple teams, multiple territories and so on)- working on areas such networking, hardware deployment, data centre build and so on. You will be an excellent communicator and be comfortable with dealing with all levels of our organisation, have a pragmatic attitude towards project management and an ability to work under pressure whilst managing numerous tasks. It would be beneficial that you possess a Project/Programme Management qualification (Prince 2 (Desirable)/APM or similar.)
