Turning Point is an innovative and leading provider of health and social care services, supporting people with issues around learning disability, substance misuse or mental health and our aim is to inspire possibility.

Based in our Manchester Central Office, you will be part of the Business Support Applications team. This role is part of a newly formed Information Management and Technology team (IMT) which provides high quality IT products and services to Turning Point to meet the business need. The work is both varied and interesting and really contributes to helping us support more people to be inspired by possibility. Working closely with the business and other IMT teams you will ensure that reporting across our applications suite is aligned with the ever changing business need. This will involve supporting new tender wins, forecasting and budgeting and year end as well as undertaking ad hoc analysis to inform and promote decision making.

This is a customer focused role (internal and external) that requires the individual to be comfortable working on their own and as part of a team, and must have the ability to manage multiple tasks to agreed timescales and quality standards. The challenge of sorting complex problems and implementing change with a desire to innovate and ensure continuous improvement is key skill for this role. You will occasionally be required to travel and visit sites around the country.
