We are looking to recruit an ICT Technician to deliver great customer service. In this role you will be providing first and second line support to Hastoe’s users, and technical support in the ICT service desk and data centre. You will be involved with installations, upgrades and project work. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career in ICT and will suit someone with enthusiasm and a commitment to learning.

Your easy communication style, organisation skills and a passion for helping customers solve problems are as important as previous helpdesk experience. You should be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of IT: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Hardware - computers and mobile devices, Networking, Servers such as Active Directory, Exchange & SQL, and administrating and troubleshooting web-based applications.
