HR Change based in Group HR at Lloyds Banking Group are responsible for the monitoring, control and support to the delivery of an extensive HR portfolio, covering all individual programme and project activities across HR.

We manage the end to end delivery of the HR change portfolio throughout the project lifecycle to group standards.

We are seeking experienced HR Programme Managers with proven experience specifically of working in a Change environment who has relevant Programme Management experience.

You will lead, direct and control the delivery of programmes, shape and lead major change initiatives which implement business strategies. Optimising resources within programmes and across projects to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives is essential whilst ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised. You will be required to create, lead and develop a high performing team of change professionals as a matrix programme team.

If you have experience in these areas, you'll never be short of a new challenge and be responsible for all aspects of leading programmes and large complex projects.

This role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to gain invaluable experience of Group HR, working with all Divisional HR teams across the Group. You will lead the team in delivering the HR Portfolio to the standards set out by Group Change Management and the Head of Change for HR. In order to succeed you will need to demonstrate analytical skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills.

To qualify, you'll need experience of leading a range of programmes and large complex projects, ideally within HR Change, working with third party suppliers and managing stakeholders, ideally supported by qualifications such as MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), APMP or similar methodology.
