Global Payments is responsible for processing fast, secure, innovative, flexible transaction management services that are compliant. Global Payments manages Lloyds Banking Group's Payment processing, Transaction Compliance and Reconciliations, Market Ops, Libor Law and Trade as well as the change and development requirements to remain compliant with established regulations. The area is a centre of excellence with a strong focus on developing innovative solutions to keep customers payments safe, whilst responding to the change needs and expectations of customers.

Global Payments process payment transactions for circ. 33% of the UK economy. 95% of the LBG global transactions and processed through our team and we oversee the remaining 5%. There are 3000 colleagues in the team of which about 500 are responsible for delivering change.

In 2015 we are undertaking a permanent recruitment campaign where we will be looking to fill permanent roles across all grades and disciplines. Our main locations include London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol and Halifax. Global Payments Change supports agile working and will be pleased to consider applications from candidates who have or are seeking flexible working arrangements which enable us to meet our customer's requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within Global Payments Business Architecture & Change Planning function as a Senior Business Architect activity leading a team of Domain Business Architects on a large and complex portfolio of projects/programmes. This role will provide the opportunity to work in a high profile environment and be part of a large cross divisional, award winning Change Community.

This role will report into the Head of Architecture and be supported by & work alongside the Reference Architecture & Business Advisory Service (BAS) Functions:

- Reference Architecture team maintaining the Business Architecture repository & assets.

- BAS providing the early assessment of future initiatives and shaping of the portfolio across multiple domains. This team will work closely with the Domain Architects, aligned to projects/programmes to ensure E2E alignment & shaping the change to deliver business vision aligned to strategic goals.

Candidates should ideally be able to evidence previous experience in an architectural environment and the ability to shape & align initiatives in delivery. You will have led & developed a team of Domain Architects with excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in the provision of executive insight & innovation is preferred.
