Our clients know that the right learning and development can transform their business. Right now, we’re working with a leading automotive manufacturer in Essex to manage deployment of eLearning courses through a Learning Management System across multiple markets. It’s a big task, there are numerous global training initiatives to be implemented in 2016, therefore we’re looking for a talented, organised individual to take responsibility for the management of a major global project.

We work in partnership with our client, and in this key role you’ll be based at their site to ensure seamless integration. It’s a varied role, but your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the overall project plan and budget

- Co-ordinating activities between all business areas, facilitating status meetings as necessary

- Tracking and documenting the progress of all tasks; holding all parties accountable to delivery dates

- Reporting project status to management

- Ensuring the aims of the project are met

Building relationships within the business is important, and you’ll need to be credible and confident with people at all levels. You’ll also need:

- To be a natural project manager - well-organised, confident under deadline pressure, and able to work to tight deadlines

- First-class communication skills, spoken and written, including presentations

- Flexibility, enthusiasm and initiative

- A sharp eye for detail and analytical mind

- Experience of managing IT projects of a similar scale; ideally process management and improvement in a marketing and/or training environment

- Competent analytical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Excellent organizational skills; the ability to deal with a variety of competing tasks simultaneously.

Fixed Term Contract for 1 Year (Full time, 37.5 hours per week)
