- You need to be able to demonstrate a general knowledge of web and mobile technologies.

- You need to be passionate, an excellent communicator with a willingness to ask questions.

- You need to have the desire to take ownership of projects and use your initiative.

- You need to have good problem solving skills plus an analytical approach.
