We are custodians of the Group Data Warehouse, through our applications and operations we provide the business with the data it needs to get closer to understanding our customers.

Customer Data supports agile working and will be pleased to consider applications from candidates who are seeking flexible working arrangements which enable us to meet our customer's requirements.

We require a Lead Business Analyst to join our programme team where you'll define and shape project objectives, scope requirements and evaluate solutions, operating in a diverse stakeholder environment.

To succeed you'll need previous experience in a Business Analysis role supported by an ISEB or similar qualification. Good interpersonal skills will be essential.

Responsibilities will include:

- Facilitate, document and manage business requirements

- Apply appropriate tools and methodology to undertake business analysis so that recognised standards may be consistently adhered to.

- Organise and run workshops on Business Requirements

- Develop criteria for, and support the implementation of user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure UAT test cases are fit for purpose.

- Working collaboratively with all teams within the Data Delivery Unit (data modelling, developers and testing)

You will have a highly analytical mind, advanced communication skills, proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders, and the ability to work flexibly to deliver results under pressure.

- Requirements Elicitation

- Proven Data Centric Analysis experience

- Data Analysis and Visualisation

- Stakeholder management

Technology :

- SQL (critical)

- Strong Excel skills (critical)

- Teradata (preferable)
