We are custodians of the Group Data Warehouse, through our applications and operations we provide the business with the data it needs to get closer to understanding our customers.

We require a highly motivated Project Manager, with demonstrable experience of managing complex multi division change projects.

Your role will be to manage the execution of a number of projects, from initiation to delivery. Reporting into the Programme Manager, you will ensure that business/Programme objectives are met, driving to resolution on their behalf any critical project issues. You will leverage and empower the broader virtual team, managing a complex and challenging stakeholder community. Your gravitas, relationship building and influencing skills at all levels will already be proven.

Travel may be required between key Group sites.

Key Accountabilities:

- Good experience of successfully delivering transformational projects to time and budget

- Significant experience and proven ability in operating and influencing in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment

- Highly motivated, disciplined and able to resolve issues innovatively ; comfortable and effective in a rapidly changing environment with challenging deadlines

- Lead, motivate, develop and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the business, working across the wider area to ensure talent is developed and succession planning is in place

- Well developed management skills, including ability to escalate issues in a timely manner and delegate responsibilities where appropriate

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels and across different audiences

- Ability to contribute to the development and maintenance of business plans, managing and monitoring performance objectives in driving through implementation of the plan

- Ability to establish priorities and work independently, using own initiative to deliver challenging targets within a team environment

- Focused, pragmatic and solution-orientated mindset with the ability to deliver in terms of both time and quality Good financial management and benefits delivery experience.
