Stepping up to this new challenge as Lead Digital Creative, this is your chance to turn your creative concepts into reality at the head of a great team - and the heart of a busy, multi-disciplinary creative studio. Your creative solutions and your applied design skills will be industry-leading. But they will also be functional using your knowledge of the digital landscape and what is possible. Excited by the latest trends and technologies, you’ll embed them into all sorts of digital projects - across websites, apps and every type of device. And with clients ranging from blue chips to universities and charities, you’ll wow a huge breadth of big names.

With a head full of ideas and a portfolio of winners, you'll also have the courage, charisma and credibility to develop client relationships, collaborate agency wide and sell digital creative decisions to a non-technical audience. You’ll be a leader and have the strength of character to mentor the digital design and development team, juggle tight deadlines, all with a smile and a sense of humour. And we don’t need to tell you how important it is to keep your skills razor sharp, especially in:

           Digital design across all formats

           UX/ UI design

           Photoshop

           Illustrator

           HTML / CS / JQuery (intermediate)
