Group Operations Customer Change Management (GOCCM) manages the delivery of change into Group Operations, specifically in this instance it would be the management of either a portfolio or suitable programme of change for Group Security & Fraud.

This dynamic change team are responsible for delivering significant change on behalf of Group Security & Fraud (GS&F), covering a wide range of programmes on topics such as Cyber, Resilience and Fraud prevention.

GS&F is part of Group Operations Customer Change Management - a geographically diverse team, consisting of currently approx 480 colleagues, including contractors. The team is currently going through some strategic structure changes increasing our headcount, our offering and enhancing the services we provide.

We're looking for a successful Project / Programme Manager to join the Change team which is responsible for the execution of projects from initiation through to benefits delivery. Reporting into the Head of Change for Group Security & Fraud, you will be responsible for the delivery of key change initiatives which are critical to the success of our business.

You will manage and control the delivery of medium to large projects or workstreams within very large projects or programmes, taking responsibility for delivering solutions which address business needs. Managing resources to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised.
