Getting involved in some of the most exciting and rewarding digital projects in the industry (typical value £500k - £1m), you’ll be part of the team that delivers an array of projects on ba.com and mobile. And, along the way, you’ll work with responsive design, digital personalisation and our award winning mobile app and be responsible for governance, stakeholder management, business case production and delivery.

Day-to-day, you’ll interact with sponsors, delivery partners and UX and design teams to shape ideas into requirements and generate compelling customer experiences/page designs. Testing your creations with customers will be important too, as will working with analysts to understand performance, potential improvements and measure success.

Comfortable acting as a customer shaping Agile Product Owner who knows how to prioritise and refine a product backlog, your mobile project management and design experience is complemented by your understanding of e-commerce best practice. What’s more, you're well-versed in User Centred Design techniques and have expertise in at least one of the following - management of portfolio of small online developments, online development project management, acting as customer proxy in Agile development teams.

A track record of delivering change on online or mobile sites within a commercial/ sales/retail environment while managing cross company stakeholders is key. You’ll also need the ability to understand customer needs and work with specialist resource to generate optimum online processes, propositions and designs and convert them into compelling online experiences. A strong customer advocate, you’re used to championing customer needs from the customer’s viewpoint and gauging their reaction and behaviour. And, you’re a strong influencer who’s great at adapting their style to build good working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
