Being a Nestlé Professional Data & System Lead is a critical role and will manage the transition of the business from conventional to much more data and digitally driven operations. It is about managing the day to day operations of the lead management systems (PALM) and also driving the strategy for vision that the business has towards becoming much more data driven and digitally enabled. Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Data & Systems Lead to:

- Develop a data and system architecture to facilitate attract, acquire, grow, retain through better and automated marketing, sales and service

- Manage internal prospect and lead management tool (PALM) and integrate data sources to develop single customer view, through CLM program

- Actionable data- how to leverage data better for sales to use on day to day basis

- Tracking, dashboards and analytics for lead & customer management

- Project managing the Global CLM project for UK as a light house

Ideally, you’ll have experience of implementation of digital tools with large organisations, but we are happy to consider those from a different background who have the required skill-set.

You

You’ll be an experienced Data & Systems Lead with a good understanding of data solutions and systems with direct exposure to systems for sales force automation, lead and customer management, campaign management.

For the Data & Systems Lead you will have:

- Good analytical ability to drive innovation into existing processes

- High level of strategic thinking to lead the global customer lifecycle management project as a UK project manager

- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills

For the Data & Systems Lead role you’ll be educated to degree level, with experience in project management.
