Our vision is to make Lloyds Banking Group the best bank for customers. As the UK's largest retail and commercial bank, we have a footprint that touches nearly every community and household in the UK. That gives us a big responsibility to support the UK economy, and to put customers at the heart of everything we do. To achieve this, we also need to be the best bank for our colleagues and our communities - and we have a clear strategy in place to make this a reality. We are building on our many strengths: iconic brands, strong heritages and great people. To unlock the great potential in our business, we are becoming more efficient, more transparent, and more responsive to customers. Already the UK's largest community investor, we are giving even more back. Above all, we are putting customers first.

Can you help us drive change on every front?

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Group Security & Fraud area.

This is an opportunity to join our dynamic change team, responsible for delivering significant change on behalf of Group Security & Fraud (GS&F), covering a wide range of programmes on topics such as Cyber, Resilience and Fraud prevention.

GS&F is part of Group Operations Customer Change Management - a geographically diverse team, consisting of currently approx 480 colleagues, including contractors. The team is currently going through some strategic structure changes increasing our headcount, our offering and enhancing the services we provide.

As a business analyst you will manage the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design for a small project or a component of a large project or workstream component. Typical business analysis activity includes planning, eliciting, analysing, defining, communicating and validating requirements for changes to structures, business operations and processes, product and service offerings, policies and information systems. You may also be asked to manage a small team.

In return we offer a market leading benefits package which includes bonus related pay scheme, private healthcare, contributory pension, competitive holiday and our "flex" benefits scheme.

When it comes to helping Britain prosper, helping our customers is where it all begins. That's where you come in.

GOCCM supports agile working and would be pleased to consider applications from candidates who have or are seeking flexible working arrangements which enable us to meet our customer's requirements.
