The Role:
We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our IS/IT team on permanent basis.
The Business Systems Analyst is one of the focal points within the CIEH for the day-to-day management, ongoing development planning and administration of core IS/IT business systems.The post holder will be required to assist the Business Systems Manager with responsibility and ownership of the customer relationship management system, finance system, exam processing system and related website integrations.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate must have:
Extensive experience of business and systems analysis.Significant project management experience, prince 2 qualification is desirable.Experience with relational database management systems.Experience in ensuring business requirements are understood and converted into functional specifications.Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP or similar systems would be advantageous.Working knowledge of SQL and SSRS.
The role would suit a proactive individual who advocates best practices, with strong communication skills who is resourceful and solution seeking as well as innovative in their approach.
