SALARY: £30,000 - £36,000 + Benefits

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a UI / UX Designer with HTML, CSS, LESS / SASS / Bootstrap and Wireframe experience.

Working as the UI (User Interface) / UX (User Experience) Designer you will join the Software Solutions & Product Development Team. You will be involved in the design and build of unique and innovative frontend user interfaces for websites and web / mobile applications.

As a UI / UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative frontend user interfaces (web and mobile applications). You will be an integral part of the teams driving client relationships by consulting on the "look & feel", brand and customer experience.

Your responsibilities as the UI / UX Designer will also involve working closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to define User Interface requirements as well as creating designs as per defined personas, user journey mapping, information architecture analysis and design low and high fidelity wireframes.

You will work closely with the Front-End Developers supporting them in Front-End web development, in particular styling HTML by developing CSS, using frameworks such as Bootstrap, Kendo UI and CSS compilers like LESS.

Successful candidates will have a great opportunity to work across a variety of Client Accounts and projects including web and mobile apps, product design, etc.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

                               Degree educated

                               Previous experience working as a UI Designer

                               Previous experience of UX Design

                               Interactive prototyping or wireframing in Axure

                               HTML5 and CSS3 experience

                               LESS / SASS / Bootstrap experience

                               Experience of creating high fidelity mock-up and designs in tools such as Photoshop

                               Experience of developing interactive UI prototypes, mock-ups and wireframes

DESIRABLE SKILLS

                               Experience of ASP.NET web development Experience of JavaScript, jQuery or AJAX Responsive would be highly desirable, although not essential
