Job Title: Technical Delivery Executive

Experience required: Pre-Sales / Project Management / Telecoms / Call Management

Salary: Package c£40,000 OTE (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Warwickshire / West Midlands

Our client is a well-established dynamic Telecommunications company who operate in the business to business environment providing inbound and outbound telephony call management solutions for contact centres across a wide range of market sectors. There is now a requirement for a Technical Delivery Executive to join the team. This is a mixed and varied role, mainly office based (approximately 3 /4 days a week depending on business needs) with regular customer visits. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in telecoms or call management solutions, be customer facing and commercially astute, with experience in Project Management and Technical Pre-Sales Support. The role could also suit a Senior Engineer who performs some of these functions in their current role and are seeking career progression.

Job purpose

As the Technical Delivery Executive you will be responsible for delivering complex call management solutions to the end client.

You will interact with both clients and suppliers and will need to be an excellent communicator with good business acumen.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The technical team, are responsible for managing the configuration and customisation of call management products in an effective manner, within the boundaries of the project plan, company best practices and the agreed specification.

As the Technical Delivery Executive you will manage the technical' workflows through to successful completion of projects for the company's clients. The team could be running up to 20 different projects for delivery at any one time, so management of people and projects will be crucial.

Building strong relationships with key suppliers and engineers will be crucial to the success of the role, and the ability to communicate at all levels is vital.

The responsibilities of the Technical Delivery Executive will be as below and following company sales and on-boarding procedures;

*Pre sales technical support to the sales team as required either in the field or remotely

*Solution design and specification

*Solution build and testing

*Implementation and training

*3rd line technical support - fault finding

Experience, Skills & Attributes

*Essential: Experience in telecoms or call management solutions

*Preferred: Project management experience / qualification

*Preferred experience of technical pre sales support

*A plus (though not essential) any Programming experience or knowledge (ASP.NET, Web Application Development, Web API, SQL Server)

*To demonstrate a good level of business acumen and develop strong understanding of key communication factors relating to client's businesses

*Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills

*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with excellent telephone handling skills

*High attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines

*Possess excellent numerical skills

*Confident, hardworking, honest and dynamic; with a passion for delivering excellent service
